Let's wait to the evidence comes out. But why would she rush a cop? A cop has to defend his or her life at all costs. She put herself in a perilous position and should have acted differently and with more caution. I'm skeptical of her story and I think there is more too it.
I'm hoping the blue lives matter team and the the NRA come out in full support of one of their brothers in arms.

Your sarcasm is not very funny in this situation. How upset will you be if the Somali cop gets charged? And the other dozen white people don't? Will there be protests?

Well, to be fair it's the same line that's posed in every shooting by cop. There's an inherent belief that officers be given the benefit of the doubt in every case with many posters here.

Jokes aside, I think grave abuses of power by cops needs to punish harshly. I mourn for the Aussies family and I hope they indict the cop. Just like any other cops.
The dynamics of the case are ironic though, and I 100% do not expect the blue lives matter hacks and the NRA to come to this cops defense (like they do with others) due solely to these dynamics.
Blue lives matters/NRA plays on the identity politics hack and farce and they play up and to their base. They should be defending this POS like they do all the other POS cops that gun down citizens.

The real truth here is that most LEO are not credible self investigators, nor is the local DA totally independant when he relies on the cases/defendants the officers provide. Its an inherent conflict of interest that needs to be changed nationally.
