My SO works her arse off. She had to stop working for six weeks because the employer shut down. As soon as it re-opened, she went back to work.

She was eligible for the $600 per week payment. Never received it and the claim just sits there.

No. It was on the right track when Tim Barfield was there, but he bailed quickly, and that was 13 years ago. It is the most disorganized and poorly run organization I have ever seen. Literally everything they do is done horribly.

Is it a government agency in Louisiana?

It's cute if you really think that will ever be made public. Or even exists.

The potentially improper payments represent 0.013% of the approximately $8.57 billion in unemployment benefits distributed by LWC during that time period.

You know how much energy it takes for the dearly departed to vote, cut them some slack and let them have a little drinking money.

It happens sometimes during automation you gotta fix the glitch. Nothing is certain except death and humans making mistakes.

Have they arrested anyone who deposited those payments?

Well that doesn’t seem very smart.

You realize she doesn’t win any moral victory not investing the money into something smart, right?

It’s her tax dollars anyway
