The way I've always seen it. Making fun of a specific black person is cool. In general, I don't have a problem with it. Making fun of entire race based entirely on stereotypes is where you get into possible racism category.

He is so pissed off that he had to apologize at all. You can clearly see that. In the first sentence of what is supposed to be an apology, the dude refers to Trump (who has NOTHING to do with what he is supposed to be apologizing for). He is obsessed. What a loser.
And the dude brought up his "planned vacation" again. He is so insecure about people saying it wasn't planned. Planned or unplanned, you know he is going to be bitter throughout the whole vacation having had to address this. Enjoy the summer off, Jimmy!
