So much this. No, they're not the only ones that do it; they are the only ones that will make your toenails feel like they're being sucked out through your cock, though.
Maybe its just being used to handling things in their mouth, but there is no question they own this task. And, unlike fat girls who perfect their technique so they have something appealing, these girls are generally slimmer, so it is a win-win.

Literally the biggest turn-off for me. But that's because my mother smoked growing up so I absolutely hate it. So it's more of a personal thing for me. I work in the south baton rouge area and its like every damn attractive girl here smokes, it's awful.
