ATL airport people watching

Sitting at my gate waiting to board my flight to Ohare and I really hope none of these people decide to talk to me on the flight. I hate talking to strangers when I fly.
Is it just me or does anyone else prefer to just relax, close their eyes, and completely ignore everyone else when on a plane? It’s not to be a dick, I just don’t prefer to strike up conversations with people on a plane. Their breath usually stinks, mine usually stinks (because let’s face it, flying is an excuse to eat like shite at the airport).
Anyone else like me? What does everyone hate about flying?

i put my music on with headphones and ignore others. unless the person next to me is a hot chick.
also, i hate the whole flying experience. the security hassle, the lines, the arse backwards boarding procedure. the crowded planes.

Flew last week.
The people on either side of me had their headphones up so loud that I could hear every word of the shitty music they were listening to.

If they would build a plane that boarded from the back and exited from the front, it would be quick and easy.
First class could get on and get their stupid drinks and get out of the way.
The carry on issue would be solved also.

Worked with a black guy and we were talking about different headphones. Told him I didn't like Beats because everyone around you can hear what you're listening to. He said - that's what they supposed to do, mayne!

Flying is basically cattle loading. I prefer to just get to my seat and sit in silence till I can get off the plane.
The only reason to ever board until right before the doors close is overhead bin space.
I'm amazed that people in first class want to board first, and then get hit in the head with everyones backpacks and purses.

I've never had anyone talk my ear off on plane but I do have kind of a resting bitch face. I'd only talk if I ended up sitting next to the in-flight hot girl.

I actually feel bad for the people who clearly don't have much experience flying when it comes to security. TSA agents are typically rude as frick, and it can be stressful for someone who doesn't really know what to do. Screwing up just one minor thing holds the line up.

Same with me. I'm not looking to make a new friend on a flight. I'm not going to be rude to the people around me, but I just want to stay to myself and mind my own business.

The best flights I ever had was a down and back trip, no need for a checked bag or bin space, just something to slip under my seat.
Waited till they were about to close the gate, and walked right on, and they closed the boarding door right behind me.
