Here's a hint. No one cares what you don't believe in. But people do get pissed off when you go on a pretentious rant like you think you are somehow better than everyone.
Let people believe what they want and STFU. This isn't the Middle East where they'll kill you for it. Or really do anything but get a little preachy and maybe hurt your feelings.

I certainly wouldn't classify myself as a SJW just because I don't want public money spent on frivolous shite like useless bumper stickers on public vehicles.
Please don't confuse the tumberlinas who want you to refer to them as a cat and the people who just want their children not to be taught Christianity in public schools.

No one is trying to take away your beliefs.
It's not about feelings getting hurt, its about stigmas.

Exactly my point, most ppl from faith look down on atheist. Like you have no moral. What you just said is the other side of the coin.
The atheist community for the most part, wants religion taken out of the equation on how that person is judged in society.

You have no clue about my beliefs. Hell, I barely have a clue what a believe.
But I do believe that it's not my business to be a dick to everyone that doesn't subscribe to my mindset.
And I do believe that I should have at least a modicum of respect for the dominant culture in the region I am in.
It's what gives places their charm.
Maybe Santa isn't real. Does that mean you want to go around stomping on kids dreams? Do you feel the need to inject your lack of faith into everyone else's life?
Just bow your head and shut your mouth and give a little respect.
You'll find it goes a long way.

How about you make your own community instead of pissing in someone else's cheerios?
Don't go into a heavily religious area and demand those people change.
Maybe, just maybe, those people's culturally religious background helped to establish the standards for that community. Who are you to demand it be changed to accommodate you?

So? As long you're not being physically harmed, property is not stolen, your name is not being slandered, and you are not being discriminated against, what's the problem here?
