AT&T Internet Still Down - No Updates

Anyone still out of AT&T home Internet from yesterday’s storms?
I can’t get an update on progress either. The numbers send you to a call center where they have no clue what is going on. No ETA on returning service.
Is there a local number to call and complain? We gotta work from home nowadays. Can’t go without internet for 24 hours.

When I had uverse, mine was down for nearly a week for some random reason. No one could give me any update whatsoever.

What zip? I have Cox but it went down around 5 am and is projected to be back around 430pm. Although the original eta of service restored was 10am.

We got back up and running around 4pm yesterday after 2 days of being out(Gunnison, Mississippi).
