Was like that too. Was 6'2" 170. @31. Got in my 40's now 6'2" 215.

It'll catch up with you. I'm sure you heard that before.

35 is when it hit me. I'm 35 now. I never had a thought about my age until my 35th birthday. I think it has to do with next up being 40. In my mind , even when younger , 40 is when I would think someone is old. Sometimes thinking about my son being almost 17 can do it as well but not as much as that thought of 40. It sucks. But I do still feel young. Maybe too much. I still think I can do things I could at 20 and I don't find out I can't until it's too late.

Mine's probably not much better. And I'm supposed to run a marathon in 4 months. So yeah, I'm screwed.

Yeah, this was a recent transformation, though. Last October I was 208 lbs with a 37" waist. I looked awful.

So teenage moms that have babies at 17 are officially old?

I suppose it isn't true for everyone, but a lot of people turn "old" after they have kids. A 23 year old with 2 kids is "older" than me at 27.

Nice. To answer the OP, I felt old when I realized I wasn't the athlete I once was.

I'm 6'3 205lbs, only 8 pds heavier than HS and I'm in my mid 40's. If you can't beat that, kindly GTFO.

My thread, I make the GTFO rules

And I'm within 5lbs of my weight in high school, but that's honestly not a good thing. I have the inability to gain weight.
