At what point do you feel old?

In about an hour and a half I'll be 28. And I definitely don't feel old. Sure, I'm much more responsible than I was a decade ago, but I don't feel like I'm almost 30, and therefore close to death. 
I just remember being young and thinking people my age were so old. When did you start feeling old?

Was just thinking earlier in the snow thread about the 2000 LSU and Saints seasons..... And it's about to be 2015. fricking crazy how time flies. Seems like I was nearly the same person I was back then but I was only 17

I turned my torso yesterday and felt a pop in between my shoulder blades. Woke up this morning in decently intense pain. Went to a chiro today and he told me I slipped a rib, whatever that means. I have a big knot in between my shoulder blades and it hurts to turn my torso.

I am in my mid 40s and haven't started to physically feel old at all yet...
one thing I have really noticed lately is the difference between folks my age and the new guys at work...they are starting to seek me out pretty often as a mentor and for help with solving difficult problems...which is a little strange to me...
