Jillette was never an actor, and if pulling down $20 million a year, writing multiple best selling books, and selling out multiple shows five days a week is washed up, well, damn.

How am I pushing soy? You do realize there are plenty of vegan and especially vegetarian sources of protein other than soy right?

ok. what exactly?

are you going to argue most vegans and vegetarians dont include a massive amount of soy in their diets to make up for a lack of real protein?

what are they opting for instead?

That's true, and that's why I control my weight. I don't want to hit 55 and say, "Aww frick, I've got to lose 60 pounds, look like a skeleton wearing a skin suit or die."

Better to try and stay trim than take a bunch off later in life and look like a skeleton wearing a skin suit.

Most vegans and vegetarians I know eat mostly whole food meals and not a ton of soy. You can also get hemp tofu though instead of soy and seitan is very poplular as well.

Most vegetarians eat eggs and dairy so it is very easy to get plenty of protein.

There should be several charts for different body types. I'm 6'1 170-175 and at 185 I'm a fatass. I have a pretty slight frame. It's not even that I'm skinny. My buddy on the other hand is 5'11 and looks fit at anything below 200. He can walk into a gym for the first time in two years and bench 275 even though he doesn't look like he's ever regularly lifted weights. Having one chart for all the body types is ridiculous.

Sharptons head never lost weight. Now it looks like he has a 130 body with a 200 lb melon.

I met Al Roker at the USO event in DC. He looks like he was in a concentration camp.
