After a long weekend of drinking beer, playing golf and eating food that is terrible for you I had my first case of heart burn last night. Of course it hit at 11 when I was trying to sleep and it was terrible, ended up having to sleep sitting up. shite literally feels like a fire in your chest. I am only 26, getting old sucks.

Early college. Lots of alcohol and tobacco smoke back then.

A few years ago. I'm in my early thirties. I don't get it routinely, but rather when I eat certain foods, or if I eat too soon before bed.

College.

Alcohol, smoke, and poor diet.

Nexium fixed me up, then I quit smoking and started being better about my diet towards the end of college and it was helped.

Still get it after a couple days of drinking though. Prilosec generic is like $2 with my insurance and if I take it a couple nights in a row before a big weekend, I'm all good.

Late 20's early 30's. Pop a Prilosec in the morning if you'll be drinking a lot and eating bad shite later in the day. It usually does a good job preventing heartburn

Don't really remember the age, but I suffered with it for a long time. I've changed my diet, cut out a lot of junk and other things and it doesn't give me as much problems that I've had in the past with it.

If you don’t stop the cause of it, you can cure each each episode with a shot glass of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Of course you’ll have to man up for 15 seconds while it kicks the hearburn’s arse.

If it’s still slightly bothering you after a bit, do another shot.

I don’t recommend regular white vinegar but it will help. It’s just harder to take.

Early 20s, lay off the booze, one of the worst things for it.

I got heartburn at age 16. In 30s and it isn't an issue anymore.
