You're an idiot. People use their bodies in different ways. I had done lasting damage to my body before I turned 30. We dont all sit around in air conditioning doing paperwork our entire lives.
why? I have done many of the same things as you.....was in the military, worked construction, now work as an engineer for last decade +.....im in my 40s
so why the frick are you so beat up? Either you are fat and dumb..... or just dumb to have beat your body to shite before 30. unless you were in an accident then you are dumb
have you ever thought that maybe getting your squat to 315 and deadlift to 405 would help those little aches and pains? because it would

This is your most sentient and well thought out post is some time…. Well done

but seriously its so funny to me
the OT claims they are all in shape, until a BMI thread is posted
OT claims everyone should go in to the trades except when people ask about aches and pains
only conclusion is the OT is full of low IQ tards who cant think critically or the ot is just bipolar AF.

You want me to give you a singular answer that covers everyone? I went the mechanical trades route bc that's what I excel at... I have a natural ability to troubleshoot and fix things. So that's where my career path led me.
Ok so you have no idea about physical labor

I would legit put my BMI up against anybody in this thread.
At 35 I can already tell a huge difference vs 25 in terms of recovery.
What used to take a half day or full day now takes 3 or 4. I tweaked my back last Friday and I still don't want to take a full speed swing with a golf club for fear of reinjury.
I fr do need to get back into lifting.

As you should.

That’s more on you than your age

Oh look another idiotic statement. No one had ever done lasting damage to their bodies in the military or working... you should let the VA and workers comp know about this.

ok well wtf makes them so great that yall basically scream and yell about anyone going to college and how it is as scam etc?
i mean who in the frick wants to be a broke dick who cant even play with his kids all before 45?
FTR i worked in the trades, I am still a certified pipe fitter. the trades suck dick if you smart. If you are dumb....well not much you can do about it.

Terd reminds me of the Tard helpers I had sometimes back in the day that refused help and always would throw the threading machine on their back and carry it
sure....lets carry the 100 lbs machine around and up stairs instead of taking the elevator....
idiots and terd is exactly like them. Wears the "I broke my body down working" like its some kind of badge of honor.

Define irreparable damage

Being an NFL guard for a decade plus: irreparable damage that was out of your control.
Being in the military, spending 90% of time on a domestic base, and complaining you fricked on your knees because you didn’t take care of yourself: not irreparable damage. That’s on you,m

Around 40.
There’s science that says the body ages in spurts, around 44 and 60.
That checks out.

The thing is you 2 idiots have no idea what anyone else here has done. You're making broad assumptions based on your experience. If everyone isn't like you then they just aren't doing it right. The world isn't all elevators and desk jobs.

Correct. That’s quite literally the only way to have this conversation

In this instance, that is generally correct

This is mostly irrelevant to the topic at hand

its like you cant read....which is not surprising....most that are not smart enough to use their brain to work have trouble with reading comprehension.
bottom line according to you....you traded your healthy to pursue the trades
ever thought......many i prolly should have paid attention in school like they told me?
fricking sad....not even gonna be able to play with your grandkids. will claim its from "work" when its prolly from being fat and lazy.

Then you're just too stupid to realize your experiences =/= everyone else

You think youre correct in every instance but you aren't

I was replying to the engineer talking about taking an elevator instead of stairs. Keep up.
