Your managers sound like the real problem.
Pull an "I am Jack's smirking revenge" on one of 'em.

Even if it doesn't work, sounds like a good arse whipping will do you some good anyway.

1) Kick his arse in view of the entire restaurant
2) Quit

1) Find the biggest phonebook you can
2) Walk up to him and swing the phonebook like a baseball bat hitting him in the face and knocking him backwards out of the chair.
3) Walk out of the restaurant like a boss!

it's easier to quit and wreak havoc as a cook. A server can quit and a dozen servers are there to take their place.
A key line cook (especially if Ironman trained - all stations) quitting is huge. Plus a cook can do fun stuff, like switch up the date dots and put the fish on the shelf above the raw foods(seriously like the 2 or 3rd biggest strike you can get) and call the safety inspectors and report the kitchen.

If the guy is friends with the management, you're fricked. It's as simple as that.

If the 16-year olds don't like being smacked on their asses, they need to file a sexual harassment claim, and I guarantee that shite will stop real quick.

And if you do, don't try and fight the regular customers. Especially the ones that are friends with your boss.

If you have ever been hit or seen someone hit in the face with a thick book you wouldn't.

It is surprisingly effective.

I live in Iowa, its a bit different here, not as many restraunt options to go to. The place I work at is perfect since it is right down the street from my primary job and works with me on my schedule and hours.

I wish I could have faith in the management to do their part since I am doing mine, but they won't, for some reason they defend this guy at every turn. Why I don't know. I was really insulted last night when I brought photo evidence to them that my car was vandalized and they still didn't believe me.

The proper thing to do is quit and then beat the frick out of him. Assuming you're not a complete pussy.

Either quit this job (it is only a second job) or get revenge. I like the post about getting him drunk then calling the cops when he drives away.

My mom works retail, and she had a manager harrassing her. She called me crying one day, and that stuff don't fly with me.

So, me and some friends started making anonymous complaints about him. We'd call the store manager and say that the guy was rude to us. I had a female friend call and say that while she and her daughter were in the changing room, the guy kept on looking over the stall door at them.

He was gone the next day.

No you're not. You can make their lives uncomfortable as you now have a way to attack their jobs. The corporate structure can cause a manager much stress.

1. Document every incident with this guy and conversation with management. Should you have any further altercations with this guy outside of work file a police report, not charges. It's all documentation.
2. Sit down with management detailing every bit of documentation. This will make the threat real for them. Have your corporate handbook ready with the sections on harassment bookmarked. Demonstrate how this person has harassed you inside and outside work and when you notified management nothing was done. You feel the management started treating you differently and you documented it.
3. At your sit down inform them this will be your final conversation with them before going further up the ladder unless you just want to bypass them. Do not mention lawyer at any point as that will end the conversation and you should be directed to their lawyer.

This kind of conversation will make it very real. Personally, I would request a meeting with the regional manager and lay out all of your documentation. Explain how you want this situation to be resolved and that you want to be treated fairly again.

Meh, sounds like more trouble than it's worth in my opinion. The bottom line is that the restaurant industry sucks, there's no way around it.
