Almost $300/sq ft for a house on Leonidas. Nola prices don't make any sense. LINK

They want get that, but yeah the Nola market in general has been just stupid for quite a while now.

Everything they have built as far as condos in the warehouse district has sold out, but I think they may have finally hit a ceiling with so many high end places coming now.

I took Earhart this past Friday when I-10 was jacked up. Headed to State St. via Carrollton.

My wife asked why there were so many cop cars ahead, then she saw the Hollygrove sign. It then all made sense to her.

With interest rates rising, you will see new construction slow, causing existing home values to increase.

Man what you talking about?

Hollygrove is some high end killing field.

9th ward is where you want to buy, prices for all

Here is another really stupid one to look at LINK

They just build three pretty average houses on one corner on Bonnabel. Tiny arse lots. This one is 2800sf and they want $880K. The others two are probably about the same.

It's crazy because houses around Fontainebleau/Broadmoor (safer and more centrally located) are going for ~$175-$180/sq ft.

I like how the Hollygrove house is marketed as being part of the Carrollton neighborhood

That is hilarious. They said the “Carrollton Historic District”... what a bunch of crap.

Same thing as marketing the 7th Ward and St. Roch as the "New Marigny."

Damn, if thats what housing values are up to on Bonnabel then whoever bought Big Lee's house for $350k got a killer deal.

Just think of the perks. You can literally walk off your front porch and get all the rocks and H you want!
