You're absolutely right. That's my only concern is being North of it, but I figure I can cut down Breaux road by Exxon to snag bluff if needed. Everyone's sitting on their house right now. Needed more room, and we couldn't find anything that fit the need except to build.

Edit: we are South of it now on the Harvest side of 74.

Hello neighbor.

We just had a house in our neighborhood list for over $160 per square foot and received an offer after it was on the market for 1 day. I'm not sure what they settled on, however the highest I had seen before in my neighborhood was $149 per square foot.

This house does have a pool as well.

Dont send them to a school that feeds into east ascension high school as you should be good.

Good for a mediocre education? Don't think he's looking for that.

Op just move onto Swamp Rd and by the time your kids are high school age they can go to Prairieville High.

Is this the new one they've been talking about/planning? I heard something about a new high school in passing awhile back but never anything more.

Ascension has some of the highest ranking schools in the state LINK

Indeed they do. Also be mindful of which middle school and high school your elementary school feeds into.

Yeah the new high school is gonna be down the same road as Prattville primary. Plus they plan on building I think 3 more primary schools and at least 1 more middle school

Thanks. Yeah my two half brothers go to EA (soph and senior) and it's terrible. But I have heard nothing but good things about the elementary and middle schools in AP, as well as Dutchtown High. I've never been able to get a consensus on St. Amant lol

My kids go to st. Amant. It's a clusterfrick right now. But i honestly love their schools. The teachers that work their are great and they truly love to teach and genuinely care about the kids. They have more T.A.G ( gifted and talented) students out of all ascension.

I've seen a sign on Bluff for a new Middle school site

Pretty sure there is also a sign on 73 between Airline & I-10 for a new primary site.

Target the Spanish Lake primary school district which is anything along the HWY74 to HWY 30 area in AP along with Bluff Rd.

Their area is getting a brand new middle school which should be opened by the time your kids are in 6th grade.

What's so bad about E.A. Well central primary and middle school is pretty good. But thats about it. Carver, gonzales primary, and gonzales middle is what's the matter with E.A. ( dont know much about that primary school by the court house).

I will say they are trying to clean up their act, but i will take a very long time to get rid of their reputation.

Calm your tits. EA is a good school. They all are. EA just has the most black kids which I guess that poster is scared of.

Look bra the white kids don't need to be bothered getting called whitey and cracker and getting laughed at at the lunch table because he has a ham sammich his momma made and everybody else gets boat pizza reduced lunch w/a milk pouch. its not just the OP which is evident in this thread.
