Da Pwant is the Hwy 308 side of Golden Meadow, but Raceland/Lockport definitely fits the dialect you posted.

Someone forwarded me an email about some LLotOT that cdaniel had started and sent out and it was seriously some "put the lotion in the basket wear your skin as a coat" creepy type shite.
