When I lived in Boone, I basically used to Rally race this one in my Cherokee....
Not my video. Click 2x speed and that's basiclly how I did it. I was young and dumb...

The roads in Colorado are 10x better than the roads in Tennessee.
Tennessee rivals Louisiana for shitty construction and piss-poor markings.

I think I’m too much of a pussy to be comfortable with driving mountain roads and parking in steep drive ways to ever live in the mountains
I get it’s a skill and you get used to it. But even the slightest drop in concentration and you’re fricked.
I was staying at a cabin over Thanksgiving that was 400 feet up a winding 1 lane sometimes dirt road with a steep drop off at all times. When I got there it was pitch black. And sometimes places the asphalt was fallen away. My arse was clenched the entire time. And sometimes the road was so steep I had to floor it a little bit to keep moving up.
Now as I said, I got better at it. But even then, there were a couple of times i felt like my car was leaning too much.
I can only imagine doing that in the rain. In the snow…I know my car couldn’t do it.
Doing that on a daily basis over years. All the more respect to mountain people.
100%. Worrying about that shite leaves me totally not enjoying half the vacation. Half the parking for your cabin is sometimes treacherous too.

In Sept I shipped my GT3 out to CO and drove over 1700 miles out there in a week. Denver to Telluride, loops out to Ouray, Million Dollar Hwy, Gateway etc. Then to Vail to Pikes Peak etc. I-70 is a mess. The vistas were beautiful but I didn't think the roads were in that great of shape, lots of construction. Lots of pebbles on the roads and snow damage., Big sweeping turns but nothing like the awesome tight turns of East Tenn and SW North Carolina. I've driven a ton on TOTD, Cherohala Skyway, 28, and many other roads of that area and nothing else ive been on in the USA compares.

Yep, clip for clip. I’ll put $100 on your first clip.
You gonna just do a bounce back 1?
Then think I won’t show you up?
You should dust off your ego and get the rust out of your blindside tricks.
I’ve got a back 5 in my bag.
Do you?
I feel like the stewardess in Airplane.....I have no idea what any of this means... can someone translate?
