Magic's last name is not the same as this guy. From what I can understand, this guy left St. Paul and was expelled from his most recent school (CHS or FHS ). From what I heard, the guys from St. Paul were talked to by Brother Ray but there will be no further discipline. There must not have been much evidence, or...nobody stepped up with information, or...they are superb athletes, or...all of the above. Brother Ray is in a tough spot really.
