We are private people, so all of this being public has been very difficult.
As the sheriffs office and news stations start reporting I think a few details are super important to note. This man had a no contact order for stalking/graping our child. We absolutely called 911 during the entire event. We had no idea this man was in contact with our child again. He was waiting 6-9 felonies for what he did, not 2. He was looking at the rest of his pathetic life in jail, and our daughter was the only witness. We 100% in the moment thought he had taken her to kill her. Some things we will never know, but we know that the police department afforded this predator privacy they did not give our family. Including posting our home address. I’m deeply offended by the way this was handled by the county sheriffs office.
Right now we need to secure a good lawyer to fight these crazy charges. At the end of the day, our daughter is a victim and we have a long road of recovery for everyone. We are so thankful for all the calls, messages and prayers. Despite the legal stuff, our family has been through something we don’t wish on anyone. Please keep us in your prayers, if you can donate great, but prayers are holding us together right now.
I have been advised that adding my Venmo and cashapp would be helpful so I’m adding them to my profile. I don’t know much about any of this, this wasn’t in my plans. So forgive me as I try to navigate it all.
Also Aaron Spencer is home. We were able to post bail this afternoon. Now we need to figure out the attorney stuff.

In the summer of 2024, our child was groomed and raped by a 67-year-old friend of a family friend. He was charged but released on $50k bail and is awaiting court in December.
At 1 a.m. on Tuesday morning, we were awoken by our daughter’s dog barking. We checked on her and found that she was not in her bed. Frantically, we called friends, family, and 911.
My husband went blindly searching for our 14-year-old. By the grace of God, he passed the predator's vehicle on the road and followed them, trying to get him to pull over with our child. Instead, the predator ran with our minor child. My husband was able to catch up to him and retrieve our child. In the process, he was attacked and did what he needed to protect himself and our daughter.
My husband is a combat veteran who has always protected his family and country. And today, he is our hero. Now we need help to fight these outrageous charges. Why such an angry answer to a legit question?

So even if the little girl went with him voluntarily it does not mean a thing. He could have threatened the girls family to the little girl. He didn't necessarily have to break in.

He should be compen$ated for the time it took to perform said task.
