This infuriates me. My father was a cop for 30 years and pieces of shite like this guy give him and all other cops a bad name. This guy needs to be prosecuted and spend some serious time in prison.

That guy wasn't doing a damn thing wrong. He was actually very chill.
The cop twist his arm and of course he's going to be a little tense, but he was never resisting. WTH?

Is there actually a law that says you have to have ID on you if you are a passenger in a vehicle in a traffic stop? I mean, I get it, the guy is using meth or whatever, but that still looks like the cop is overstepping his legal authority.

That was pretty bad. You can't twist someone's arm like that while they're stuck in a seatbelt and expect them not to resist it. I'm pro cops all day but that wasn't necessary. He could've easily just asked him to step out of the car with his gun drawn if he was that nervous. That whole situation should have been avoided. And in front of kids. He doesn't have the temperament to be an officer of the law.
