We have been trying to support the restaurants when we can so we order twice a week maybe three times including a pizza night.
I usually cook a meal that we can eat on for a few days like beans or a roast to fill in. But damn grocery runs are 250 or so a pop and that’s weekly.

It's about the same. We used to eat out only about once a week, but now cook every meal at home. The grocery bills have been higher because nothing is on sale these days. Gas prices are lower, but just about everything else we buy is costing a little more than before. Again, none of the essentials are on sale. We live a pretty frugal life - one income with my wife staying home with the baby. Things seem just as tight as they "always" have.

Definitely spending less. I went to the ATM for the first time in a couple weeks the other day to get cash for a sack of crawfish.
I'm spending about the same on food for the house since we really don't head out to eat at restaurants much and I love to cook for the wife and I. The only real uptick in spending has been alcohol, but then again I'm not in a bar buying drinks while tossing darts, so I'm actually saving there too.
I filled my trucks tank 5 weeks ago and still have about 1/3 a tankful and my wife only drives 10 miles a day total to and from work. She takes food from home for her lunch, so no lunch cost at work.
