Hopefully with the surge of small/mid size pickups it'll take the ridiculousness out of the full sized trucks. Dealer looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for one without all of the heated leather seats, power everything, cameras, etc. Just needed a farm truck to tow and haul.

thank you. the obsession of the OT of worrying about what another man drives is laughable and reaks of insecurity

i dont have a 3/4 ton truck, but i can say with 3 kids all in different sports, I would be much more comfortable in an f-250 instead of a honda ridgeline not to mention the ridgeline is ugly as frick

got to remember though stout, many on here think its a good financial decision to pay cash for something over a 96month 1.9% interest loan. Pretty clear you arent talking to the guys with the highest IQs.

I think it really sucks that all the major manufacturers are basically copies of each other. Honestly, from 100ft away you cant tell the difference between any truck model.

There will be a new Chevy Colorado, GMC Canyon, and Toyota Tacoma in the same year. And the Nissan Frontier was new last year.

Lot of really good mid sized trucks out there. My personal preference is the new 2023 Denali Canyon, but the Frontier Pro-4x is also darn good looking.

You probably don't need 90% of things in your life. It's just a want or they think it looks cool. It doesn't have to mean they are insecure, although it could be. Pretty simple.

So? As someone who drives a 1/2 ton but probably needs a 3/4 ton, this is a dumb argument.

Most women that drive suburbans don't need them either. Most men who drive sports cars don't need them either. People drive what they like.

I stress out my 1/2 ton with heavier loads than it should carry or pull because I don't want to drive a bigger truck.

If you exclude commercial vehicles, I'd say the number of consumer 250s+ that never exceed F150 capacity is over 80%.

I suppose I am since I like this look.

I'm not interested in owning one though.

I'm more of a Jeep guy.

Found the insecure Fbaw-50 owner.

I made a comment on vehicles use, get over it. I can make the same comment about Raptors and Jeeps being mall crawlers, Ferrari's never hitting a track, etc.

You do realize Ford has had tailgate and bed steps for many years before GM decided to do it, right?

Nah, of course you don't.

Uhm, every truck should have this. One of my very few complaints with my Ram.

Fords are pure trash. You buy plastic and tech. Ford engines are shitass and they turbo near everything. Most folks I know with them get 70-120k miles before engine or turbo work.

You are a fool if you buy a new Ford.
