If you wake up and go back to sleep?
My Wife thinks I’m crazy but I am able to so as long as I go back to sleep relatively quick.

Yes. I am the master of lucid dreams.

All the time, and sometimes over a period of days.
The downside is that it happens with nightmares, too. So, I get up, read a book and reset my mind before going back to sleep after a nightmare.

When I was younger I had a couple of episodic dreams that would pick up where they left off, and each "episode" might be separated by days or weeks from the last. Haven't had anything like that happen in a long time.

I sort of can. People and some situations may change but the general idea stays. Sort of makes it fun.

This is key for me, too. I've noticed that the dream gets much more vibrant after going back to sleep.

I have before, but I wouldn't say I'm 'able' to. It just continues, or doesn't continue. Not sure I have much choice in the matter.
