I don’t know if women are into it dad bods but my wife apparently is. I got serious about my diet and exercise because I want to look and feel a certain way for myself and she’s been all kinds of crabby about it. I kind of see where she’s coming from because it is time consuming eating 7 times a day, weighing out everything and having my own separate food, but I’ve devoted the last 18 years to taking care of her and the kids and now at 43, I want to do something for me. I don’t drink, smoke, gamble or have any vices, I just want to geek out on nutrition and lifting for a little while. She could not seem to care less how muscular or ripped I am.

It's because she's fat and doesn't want to put in the effort to become unfat like you're doing. She'd rather you both just stay fat together.

You want a real answer. Women, at different stages and ages of happiness, will not give a shite what their man looks like as long as it's not to either extreme. As long as he can make her cum when she needs it and help around the house/parenting and put on a suit for an event,she does not care.
The flat belly faqs like Pecker want to justify their efforts by the fact these women will ogle their bodies on a girl's night or on cinema or at LSU Baseball games even(mine loves Cabrera this year). But they do NOT care about your body. They aren't attracted to a dad bod. They just don't give a frick about it. Be a man and do what's necessary to make her feel secure and that she and kids are loved and cared for, and you'll get the pussy and keep her happy.

I wasn’t fat, which may be why she’s not on board. I was lean but not as muscular as I want to be. She isn’t fat either. 95% of 40 year olds would trade bodies with her. I just really think she’d rather me be more available than see me with larger muscles and sub 10% body fat.
