I bought a white frigidaire dishwasher for 100 bucks. It works great and is simple. I laugh at people financing appliances. Actually, i just feel sorry for the proletariat financing appliances.

I remember when this happened with computers. They all used to be some shade of beige or off white. Then some fricker made a black computer and everyone was like, "ooooooh niiiiice." Now you can't get a damned computer that isn't black.
I hate it. Anything black seems try-hard to me. Like, who are you, with your black car, some diplomat or something? Nah, you're just a chick who borrowed money from Nissan.

I think it might actually be easier to find a retro turquoise fridge than a nice white one.
It'd probably take just one popular HGTV show to make white appliances cool again.

Someone remembers the 1970’s and early 80’s.
I can remember watching classic episodes of Lets Make a Deal and see the ugliest kitchen sets they would offer in brown/gold and mint/green.
