First time this week I’ve been 92 degrees this early. I’ve noticed when it is 93 or higher before noon we usually break the 100 degree mark for the day. This time each day this week I’ve been 89 or 90 but today I’m sitting at 92 at 11:08 am. I bet we hit 100, stay cool today baws.

ETA: 93 at 11:42 am

No lie....in fact, I had to do some stuff outside late in the evening and it wasn't as bad as some days where the humidity as high. It was hot, but I didn't totally sweat my balls off.

Maybe but Pennsylvania is super depressing during the rest of the year.

My office stays around 66-67 at most (probably more like 65). I'm looking forward to 5pm so I can once again sit in my car with the AC turned off just to warm the frick up.

What beautiful mountain location did you move to?

Boone, NC? or out west?

7 years ago this weekend, the high was 80 and low was 58. I know that bc for some reason, 7 years ago, I thought I needed to post a screenshot of the forecast to FB and FB was kind enough to remind me of that this morning.

Bryson City area of NC.

Too much snow in Boone. We get just enough here to enjoy it before it becomes a burden like in Boone.

Nice area from what I've heard. I looked it up last week and was surprised that the elevation of the town itself is only ~1,800.

Has Boone actually had bad winters recently? I thought they've been well under average snow for a good while now...

Not much snow at all in the lowering lying areas lately, but the higher elevations still get slammed in and around Boone. Which is where most people want to live in the area. The elevation changes make for some strange weather.

The town of Bryson City is down in a valley. My house and property sit at about 2700 ft.
