The higher level alpha negs the lower level and does things to demonstrate higher value. That’s what this guy taught me.

The 'alpha' thing originated with research on wolf packs that has since been debunked. Turns out the researchers had been observing family units and not broader social hierarchies.
The takeaway? There is no such thing as an alpha male dog, much less an alpha male human. Forget about that bullshite and live your life. Maybe try to be nice to people instead of trying in vain to dominate them.

Good lord let the women be obsessed with who’s alpha. In the end we’re all men. Sure some men have it easier with women, some don’t. But women these days are pretty crazy. I’m not sure that sleeping with them is something to brag about.
