I know of at least two. One is the stereotypical hot lesbian married to a girl who looks like a man, while the other is a hot nurse at our pediatrician's office. Only know she is lesbian because she mentioned she adopted a kid with her "partner"

No. IRL 99% are of the lumberjack variety with flannel and buzz cuts and have the figure of a barrel of Jack Daniels.
I personally know of only 2 that are maybe 6's that were bi for a while but ended up settling down with women. One was into playing rugby, the other into adult soccer leagues. Both in shape but had that LPGA look in the face.
IRL lesbians nowhere near the talent level as portrayed in adult cinema. Keep in mind I am in central Florida with loads of talent in St. Pete, and Orlando too. The IRL lesbians here look the same as the IRL lesbians in Portland, Oregon.
