Are the socialist countries of Europe giving their citizens money during these times?

We curse/ bitch/ praise many of the European countries, so I'm wondering what they're doing to help their people and stimulate their country's economy.

I cannot think of a single country that isn’t pouring money on the problem. Not sure about direct payments per se, but one way or another every country on earth is dumping money towards the economic impacts of shutting down.
