Lots of dumb Ascension and Youngsville baseball moms like sharing FB stories of “suspicious people” (usually mexicans) staring at them and their kids in walmart and target. So obviously they are child traffickers.

Any legit stories of this?

In general, stores like walmart and target across the country are hotspots for human trafficking abductions.

I don't know if hispanics or mexicans are the primary offenders.

I don’t find the fact that Mexicans (or any men) stare a little too long at scantily clad soccer milfs that unbelievable.

No one is stealing your screaming little brat though lady. I know you want to speak to the manager

I'm sure it happens, but these women on facebook think every man that looks at them or their child is their to abduct them. I always say if children were truly being abducted, you'd hear about it. How many times have you seen on the news, or read in the paper that a child was abducted at a Walmart, Target, etc?

As they should. Better to be on the lookout and protect your child from something that isn't a threat than to ignore a real threat and let something happen to your kids.

And this is where the public needs to wake up and realize why the media avoids these stories.

This is happening a LOT in the KC metro and I'd assume all over the country. We have had 3 attempted broad daylight abductions within 1 mile of my house (a very nice, upscale middle class area that is 95% white). My wife had a friend who was at a public arboretum when a fake "family" attempted to abduct her 2 kids.

I have a neighbor who works for the city police and this shite happens all the time. He said he thinks the media doesnt cover it because they feel like they would be promoting public paranoia. They intentionally ignore the stories.

Oddly enough, the same thing happens with teen suicides. We have some train tracks not far away that are a hot spot for teen suicides but the police and media are very careful about not publishing the incidents as they don't want more teens doing it and so nobody realizes it is a problem locally.

frick the media.

Attention whoring.

Individuality is dead, blending in to the crowd and gaining acceptance through popular behavior is in.

The media salivates for these stories, they just dont take facebook attention seeking stories unless there is a little more to them.

For some reason I doubt all of this is true...

I agree with you that a lot of the crap all over facebook is ridiculous and it's the same story with a few details changed that gets shared over and over. That said, it's a big problem in this country. Didn't they just find over 100 kids in Michigan this week?

Many of the ones on facebook that get circulated have been proven to be made up. These women are posting this shite without filing a police report or alerting anyone of actual authority. Pure attention seeking

maybe, just maybe, they are staring at your kid because they are loud, doing something they shouldnt be doing such as destroying or tampering with products, or is an out of control mongrel that you refuse to teach how to behave in public?

its funny this came up on here. Ive seen these stories three times in the past month, all from different regions that I used to live. All three had to have police come on the facebook post and dismiss every "fact" from the posts

The most recent was last Friday/Saturday. Kid at my old high school was smoking cigs in the bushes at a football game, per police, nothing else.

I tried to find original story but its gone. The gist was HS girls came out to get backpacks after game in area where kids stash them. Guy was smoking a cig and came on to them, then tried to grab them. They punched, kicked and ran, another couple saw everything and chased after the guy getting into a fight and still was able to flee. Per reports this also happened at the high school in the next town two weeks prior. It had 20k shares

The only thing in the above paragraph that was true was a kid was smoking a cig
