Going to the eye doc today and am thinking about buying some for the first time.

If your eyes are bad, you should get prescription sunglasses.

As an allergy sufferer that can't always wear contacts in the spring it was a great decision.

I wear contacts but on the few times when they were bothering me and I needed prescription sunglasses they have been well worth it. I have had the same pair for 10 years now.

I have Oakley prescriptions & they're the shite......get polarized ones.

being that I lose on average of 3 sunglasses per year. I think I'd have the surgery before buying script sunglasses. It would pay for itself in just a few years

Wear mine every day. You won't regret getting them.

Maui Jim, Oakley, Ray-Ban Wayfarers; all good and all polarized.
I did get one non-polarized pair for track events, but polarized are the best for daily driving.

I know this question was directed at someone else but I don't wear contacts either because my eyes are too flat and the lens keeps rotating/moving. At the end of the day my eyes are beat to shite from all the adjusting.

Save them.
When you get older, you may need them... :/

Gotcha. Yea, having to constantly adjust a contact lens would get old really quick

Costa prescription for me and they are worth every penny.
The one big drawback is if your eyes are getting worse at fast rate..it can be expensive to buy new glass and sunglasses every couple years. Lucky my eyes have stayed the same the last couple visits
