It's usually more an indication of penis size. The size of the the truck is typically inversely proportional to the size of the penis. Low riders are outliers to this rule and are directly proportional. The lower to the ground, the smaller the penis. Trucks are not the only only vehicle that are a reflection of penis size, however.
