yes, if they are hot it adds a bad girl element that engenders and element of excitement and risky behavior that gets the endorphins pumping.

I'm 53 and well placed, and nicely done tattoos are good with me!
As with most things, it's a personal preference.
Also, depends on the lady. Some look good with certain tattoos, some don't.
