They’re open where I am. They never closed and no one caught the Chinese virus.

I don't see bars opening until after every school is open, only as long as schools don't cause outbreaks.

Casino can be open q bar can be open... shite if I can go to a restaurant and just drink, why can't I go to a bar and do the same?

Most bars here are buying stoves and applying for restaurant licenses on forecasted numbers. By the time the real numbers come back hopefully bars will be allowed to open.

Been out in Roswell, Buckhead, and Midtown for a few months now. Pretty sure North River Tavern in Roswell said frick off and never shut down or even restricted anything to start with

They might have been closed for a week or two months ago where I am downtown in another city. Packed every day.

In Houston many are using some loophole via a license from the state that allows them to operate if they serve food. Many are opening doing this. Most of which you can’t distinguish the difference in a restaurant and bar.

Stand alone bars are getting their LDH licenses and turning into restaurants. As long as they have a kitchen and kitchen equipment frick JBE
