When they have total access to our money and are making the rules, of course, they are going to look after themselves.

'cities'

Storage facilities, as others have said. Kansas City has a huge site that is a former limestone mine. There is a 5K Groundhog Run every year. It's completely underground, I did it about 30 years ago. Very comfortable if a bit creepy.

They're old mines that they use for industrial and office type things now. They have some here in KC too.

Fair enough, but anything bigger than several Costcos that’s underground can be casually referenced as a ’city’.

Especially ones where it seems that tractor trailers so are commonplace, going in & out routinely.

What once started out as Louisville Crushed Stone and one of the best kept secrets in the city of Louisville, Kentucky has now been revealed to the public. It was created by a massive limestone quarry—with miners blasting out a mind-boggling amount of rock for over 42 years during the middle of the 20th century. It was acquired in 1989 by private investors who saw the potential to develop a portion of the cavern into an environmentally-conscious high security commercial storage facility.

And now we decorate it with Christmas lights every year and charge people to drive into it to see the lights.

The signage is foreign looking.

There is a catastrophic reset coming in May 2040. Happens every 138 years. Parallels the opening of the 6th seal in the Book of Revelation. Another one coming in November 2046 that will finish off western civilization. These underground bunkers (DUMBS) and underground cities are there to house the elites of the world when the time comes. We are in the last days my friend.

The video you're referring to likely features the Springfield Underground in Springfield, Missouri. This facility is not actually an "underground city" in the traditional sense but is rather a vast underground warehouse complex. It was originally a limestone mine that has been converted into a 3.2 million square foot space used for storage and distribution, featuring over 3 miles of lit roadway and 224 dock doors. This complex is climate-controlled, maintaining a constant temperature of 62 degrees, which is ideal for storing various products, especially food items.
