LINK... Among other things, the BARBERS who perform circumcisions are doing it under less than ideal circumstances. Also, let's not forget, this includes the delightful Muslim tradition of female circumcision.

I had this multi-paragraph post on how if history shows anything, human beings dont embrace change well. They're very territorial on an overpopulated world, and regardless of how people like to see themselves as open minded, they're probably really not.
