Apostrophe Protection Society disbands

Tell me you haven't noticed the appalling misuse of punctuation and grammar on this board. There - I said it.

The apostrophe ( ’ ) has three uses: contractions, plurals, and possessives.

It's not even really laziness. I mean most apostrophe abuse occurs by someone adding an apostrophe where none is needed.

I work for a very large, well know company. I was in a meeting today with just about everyone on site (50+ people), and right there on the powerpoint for everyone to see-- "...the challenges we have rose too."

That's just an error because people are accustomed to hit the period nine out of ten times.
