Are obligated to call 911 immediately? What if my service is acting up only one bar?

So many questions.... It is sweet you have compassion on thieves. I've had a gun stolen before, so I'm looking out for the greater good trying to deter these POS

BIg arse dog. Easy solution. Even if he isn't protective, just get one that has a deep bark. He could be the laziest dog in the world, but a deep bark will scare away most intruders.

I got 2 big dogs. Both have really deep barks. Most people dont even like walking up to my house because of them. Once they come inside, all my dogs want to do is play. But for that moment before, people are scared haha.
