Valerian Root and 5-HTP together work wonders. Feels like about a half of the small Xanax.
You can find both at Walgreens, WalMart, or the like.

Eat right, workout, run, and avoid caffeine. This will help with the anxiety and it may get you laid more too which is a great side effect.

That's a lot. I think he wants to be awake during the interview.
Edit: I see you lowered the dosage.

yeah I was wrong about 2mg. whatever the smallest Xanax is, feels like about a half of one of those.

Despite the tired and cliche' "whiskey" or "Vodka" response, alcohol does not alleviate anxiety and often exacerbates it.
Like someone else said, go exercise.

I have a job interview tomorrow morning and will be unable to find a Xanax/Valium/Klonopin on such short notice. I'm pretty well adapted socially but tend to get a bit nervous in settings with a more serious tone. I'm sure I'll do well regardless, just looking for something that'll help me loosen up and take the edge off
What the frick is wrong with this country. being anxious before an interview is perfectly normal. Are people just not able to handle their emotions anymore?

He's just trying to score some benzos to get loaded. Probably at a walk-in clinic already.

WTF? There's nothing wrong with you, but you want drugs anyway?
Try some deep breathing exercises and prepare for your interview - thoroughly.
fricking millenials and your drug culture -

Yeah, and I wouldn't think rolling like liquor on a job interview would go over very well

Legit answer is kava kava, get it from whole foods.

Eat Chipotle tonight.
Show up 30 min early tomorrow, find the bathroom (preferably the cleanest stall) and drop a massive deuce. Then, rub one out.
You'll feel both accomplished and relaxed. Then go on to ace the interview.
You're welcome. That'll be tree fiddy once you get paid.

I have interviewed quite a bit over the years and have done a good bit of interviewing others. I used to get nervous/anxious as well but not any more. Here's what I do.
Be confident in who you are and what you have to offer. Answer their questions with honesty rather than telling them what you think they want to hear. Ask the questions that are truly on your mind and accept that you are interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing you..
In the end you must accept that what you offer will be good enough for them or it won't be. You have no control over that therefore no pressure. I've been pretty successful with that approach.

i just hired someone who admits to taking xanax in their interview, which is why they nailed it. she takes it daily but took a bit more for the interview.
turns out she is so anxious that her hands shake when she is in a meeting. Almost to the point she can't do her job.
