That's why John Lennon wrote Cold Turkey. For years he let people believe the song was about heroin withdrawl because the lyrics of agony and misery are comparable to drug withdrawl and people (and friends) jumped to that conclusion. He later admitted to Eric Clapton and a couple of others that the song was actually about leftover cold turkey that he and Yoko ate and made them sick.

I just experienced this about a couple weeks ago for the first time ever and it was the first time in my life I ever had non stop vomiting and diarrhea at the same time.
Holy shite it was the absolute worst thing ever as I couldn't sit straight or keep still for more than a few minutes and that went on a for about a few hours. I got so dizzy it was like I was bouncing down a rabbit hole of nothingness.
But luckily I was conveniently at home for thanksgiving with my parents when it happened and I can't thank my mom enough for all she did getting me pepto-bismol, immodium, ginger ale and bland crackers while I was either in bed or on the toilet all day.
I need to get her something extra nice for christmas. She's the fricking best. Love her.

I’m at day 4 now home and in bed. Temp was 102.4 last night and has been over 100 all day today. Tired of this shite. Wondering what it’s like to not feel sick.

Been there done that. I was sick through the Thanksgiving holiday. Then my wife caught it. Both better now, but chicken soup and NyQuil helped a bunch.
