Dude....quit thinking selfishly. Quit being a count. People are counting on YOU. Parents, siblings, kids, spouse man up.
You might think there’s an easier option by just ending all the shite. Easier on you? Yes
Easier on ANYONE who knows you, no.
You’re being a shite stain if you take that route.
Buck up! Be the man and move forward.
If you need motivation, find it.

Lucky you.
My dads B-Day is today. Did a tribute homebrew toast to Jim tonight. But watching him go from dad to yelling for help at night to taking his last breath from cancer mentally fricked me. My 2 Yo keeps me going, but man it sucks at times.

I know you think you're being useful, but that sort of talk has never helped anyone seriously considering snuffing it, ever.

Then you were just being a drama queen and wouldn't have snuffed it anyway.

What would your dad tell you to do?
Im literally laying here right now wishing I could have one more day with my son that died three years ago. Dont leave your son or family with a lifetime of pain. Find anyone to talk with to get you thru this time. Ask for help. Dont be embarrassed. Your father would tell you the same. If you are this low then its not a "i can fix myself momement". Go get help.

Thanks for the encouragement.
People react in different ways to different things. Some people need a kick in the arse to straighten them out and realize what they’re missing out on.
I’m trying to provide the kick. That’s the only thing I can do from my end.

Every day and then I realize if I kill myself I’ll probably go to hell and I don’t want to go to hell. So I suck it up and stay miserable.

my son
You may not realize your value in this low moment, but consider the fact that you are one of his reasons, now and into adulthood. A parent’s self-destruction, addiction, or suicide is traumatic and unforgettable.
Don’t be ashamed to tell a doctor ASAP if you are making plans to check out of life. Lots of others out there have returned to a healthy mindset after being in utter despair. Don’t accept the way you are feeling/acting as your permanent burden. You can free yourself of it, but you have to talk honestly to your family and a doctor.
Take the day off tomorrow and get started on that.

My dad also died of cancer back in 2004. I was angry for 2 years but slowly let it go. I now have a 2 year old and a 5 year old he never got the meet. Everything I do is for them. They are my motivation each and every day.

Yes. I have been. And it was a dark and scary place. But years later, I am happier than ever. Every problem and upset is temporary. Don't make it permanent. Your life matters in ways you don't know. Please don't take it away from those who need you.

Hang in there man.
Sending positive energy your way.

Dude, keep your head up & power through. I just had a close friend of mine bitching about just getting dumped & hating his life. Told him he always has the power to make his life better because at least he's still breathing. Could be so much worse, just had another friend of mine die at 25 from a stroke - legitimately the nicest most optimistic person I have ever Met, gone. Point being - no matter how bad it gets, you climb out of a slump.
