I have used shipstation, Pirateship, stamps.com, they are all easy and have built in discounted rates. If you ship enough with one vendor it is better to have direct accounts but the resellers are easy to use.

I just started about 3 weeks ago. I do a lot of bulk mailing for work. I'm not sure how much it will save, dollar wise, but not going to the post office every other day for a roll of stamps is convenient. So far, I've only experimented with printing the rolls of stamps but I did get some certified mail labels too. I think it saves 3 cents for a normal stamp or so if I remember right - but you have to factor in buying the printer and startup costs. For me, it is worth it for convenience.

I have used it for 5 years. I love it although the $25 per month (not including postage) is probably not cost efficient considering how much I mail each month. But I’m too lazy to switch to something else.

I used it for years but I only have serious mail outs once a year and my team helps mail during the year - if you mail Consistently it’s easier than going to post office.
I also purchase the flat rate stamps from Usps and use their flare rate envelopes.
Gentle reminder - if you keep The postage scale from stamps.com and you measure How much product weighs in the envelopes you can Purchase those stamps.
I’ve tried it numerous ways.
