I have a cousin who ruptured a blood vessel with his current wife. Said he heard an audible pop had some minor pain but woke up the next morning with a coin purse the size of a basketball

No firsthand experience, fairly common in patients that I see.

Almost all are associated with intercourse with the woman on top. Patients often state there was " rigorous thrusting" involved.

No, but I did have testicular torsion. My right boy swole up to the size of a baseball and I was puking for hours from the pain until I went to the ER and they hit me with the diluadid IV. Still have pain on that side to this day.

I deposed a guy one time and he told me about his "broke" dick... apparently it is some that you can fully recover from. Be careful guys, no "over-stroking"

I had a drunk ex fall off the side of the bed one time when she was on top of me, bent my pecker at a right angle and there was a popping sound and sensation like it dislocated from my body for a second.

I injured it during some over the top stuff a few years ago. I left it alone for about a week and it healed up on its own. Hurt really bad to get a boner.

I thought I was benched for good. I've never been that panicked before. Including the time I got attacked by a pit bull. This was worse than that.
