Anyone here use a maid service? Potential NSFW

Looking for once a week cleaning and maybe some help with clothes. Have you used one of the services (magic maids, the maids) or gone through an independent person? Is it better to get a "package" or to pay by the hour?
Better yet any recommendations on the Northshore?

I have a maid that comes twice a month. It costs $75 per visit. She does all the deep cleaning type stuff and leaves the house spotless. I cannot recommend a maid enough.

This. Find a maid with OCD. Mine color coordinated my closet and my dresser. Crazy what a difference that makes. Mine cost $90/visit. She does everything from laundry to walking the dog (not a sexual innuendo). When I have kids, I'll build her an apartment if she wants to be a live in. She's like 60 and not hot at all, though.

Yes, Mel an old filipina lady comes 2 times a week. Nice lady. 20$ for like 4 hrs.
