I don't find it all that shocking for someone to be in their 20s.
I think the longer it takes, the less likely someone is to do it.
A friend of ours is a virgin still, and he's 32. It is never a topic that comes up, and we wouldn't dare bring it up. He's a decent looking dude, really fun and nice, etc. Just never happened and I think he went so long without the opportunity that he stopped wanting to think about it or make the effort.
Supposedly, the guys have basically dropped pussy in his lap and he didn't act on it. But I mean, I can totally see the insecurity. At this point in his life, he is probably scared to try/have a girl know he is inexperienced/etc.

Nah I wasn't doing the cry emote because of how long I was a virgin. I was doing the cry emote because I'm always friend zoned, but I'm not exceptionally weird or anything.

This was me for a long time. Fortunately, my libido got the best of me and I've been on a 9 year slump-busting fest.
