My brother was an ATO at Tulane many moons ago.
I'm pretty sure it was mostly Catholic boys from Jesuit like him.

Don't know about recently, but as of about a decade ago it was disbanded due to 'irregularities'.
Definitely was not mostly Jesuit kids or locals when I was there. Was very geographically diverse when I was there.
