My mother drives one. Very spacious. Feels like you’re riding in a tank. Hauls arse, very smooth, not overly luxurious but still very nice on the inside. I’d personally go with a Tahoe LTZ or Yukon if you’re going to spend that much money on a Mom car, but the qx80 is still a good choice.

Nicer than Escalade for $10k less; drives WAY better than Yukon or Tahoe. Plush interior. Yup

The joke is just a stereotypical joke that could be said about any SUV over $50k. As for the car, I don't have an opinion one way or the other.

Not a huge fan of the exterior, but when we got my wife's QX60, I played in one for a bit while waiting around. VERY nice interior from what I remember.
