Maybe I did. When I was a kid, I think I saw one, but it's about 50-50 as to whether I dreamed it or not. I was only like 6.

Leaving Tiger Stadium after a Saints game in 2006, I saw some crazy shite aka lights making an unorthodox move for a plane that someone in our group also saw. Made a comment about it and then nothing else worth mentioning.

saw the same one twice within a week.
a bright white light, bigger than usual, approached us from west, initially i thought it was a hospital chopper, because the run a transport route that goes right over my shop.
out back behind my shop which is kinda on the outskirts of town, had a diesel engine running as we unloaded a trailer, looked up was the first to notice it, bout 5 of us, told my buddy to cut the engine so we could hear if it was a heli with a flood light, completely silent.
at that point we all said at the same wtf is that
it was only bout 1500 to 2000 ft in the air, never made a sound, no flashing or multicolor lights, slowly meandered south of my shop then turned south and disappeared, we watched it for about 5 minutes
bout 4 days later same silent light, same height, went right over my shop again this time and headed north over the city. slow, silent and deliberate

Saw dozens of lights moving at high speed between the clouds, then one larger object that was triangular shaped. Several other people saw it as well. Very odd, never seen anything like it since.

Ive also seen a parade of black helicopters...
was walking into a restaurant one night to meet some friends for dinner, felt the ground starting to vibrate looked up and about 6 jet black helicopters flying roof top level with no lights at all went directly over my head.
the lights in the parking lot reflected off of them and I counted six in a line.
was one of the coolest things Ive ever seen...freaked me out a little because you couldnt hear them till they were right up on you because they were hauling arse.

Not sure if it was a UFO or some government/ military prototype but I once saw a large commercial looking plane stop and hover in the sky and start descending straight down like a helicopter landing. This was around 2000.
