Is watching on TV or attending in person a NASCAR event considered "Trashy"?

What if we cross our legs, sip tea and enjoy some buttered scones during the race?

can't beat the party on the infield, had season tickets throughout college

I will go to talladega before I die... Happens to fall right before LSU finals week every year

I have been there once, and the Night Race in Bristol once. I just never could get into The Nascar. People tell me those are two of the Holy Trinity races, with Daytona being the third. At this point, I guess I'm beyond help.

That's ok, I just got dragged to your screen name area. Highly overrated. Looks just like National forest land back here in Bama.

As for Dega, been there, done that, next.

Where did you hike to? I haven't seen any peaks here in AL that rival the Smokies.

Apparently, it is overrated and you can get head in a trailOr park in AL and experience the same thing.

This stereotype is quite funny. I am in no way a huge NASCAR fan and go every year. The infield is essentially a 3 day tailgate that just happens to have a race on the outside. The people you interact with are no different then those you see tailgating at a football game. LSU also happens make up a large percentage of the infield.
