Really don’t want to spend more than a grand on a mattress. These Purple mattresses seems to have pretty good reviews. Any of you have one? Or have another recommendation?

I was going to get one but I read somewhere there was a class action lawsuit over the white powder (talc maybe?) that’s on the actual purple grid from the factory.

I wound up going with one of the competitors, there’s plenty out there: ghost, Casper, leesa, etc.

I 2nd Tuft and Needle. Got their Mint mattress and mattress topper. Extremely comfortable.

If you like a firmer mattress you should skip the mattress topper; if was too firm for me and Mrs. LintLicker so we did the topper. Very happy with our choice.

Don’t believe I’ve heard of this brand. I’ll check it out. Thanks.

Looked at them all and asked around.
Was told by others that had different ones and sent some back that tuft and needle was the one to go with.
They are actually more cost effective but price was not the issue but was a nice perk.

I ended up with one and am happy with it.
I recommend you look at them .

We went with a Puffy, couldn't be happier. Came from expensive Tempur-Pedic.

We have a Casper in the guest bedroom. I'm still not sold on the longevity of these online mattresses, but it works fine for the guest bedroom.

We have a traditional mattress on our bed we bought through a local place. It's been great, and wasn't much more than what a Casper would have cost.

They are selling Tuft and Needle at places like Walmart and Lowe's.

ETA: Still loving our Tuft and Needle mattress after 3 years.

Went through the nightmare of finding a new mattress last week. Read everything online. Went with the tuft and needle mint and two free pillows for ~$800. Great bed. Zero complaints.

We have T&N and everything is great except that it can get warm. Are there any bed in boxes that stay cooler?

I’ve laid on all 4 of them. I couldn’t tell a difference between Purple 3 and 4. Purple 2 felt similar to the original one.

We have a Leesa hybrid mattress on our bed and love it. We’ve only had it about 8 months, so I can’t speak to it’s longevity yet, but so far so good. It needs a very firm surface and we have a platform bed, so it works great.

The original ghost bed has 1.5” of latex in it. It will hold up better with time.

You got the good one. It still has the avena foam in it that is made to mimic latex. They’ve since went cheap.

I had no idea they had so many different brands. Purple obviously does a good job marketing.

What’s the longevity of the T&N’s?
